Pastor’s class for Newcomers (room 504):
This class is for all adults who are currently not part of a Sunday school class and would like to learn more about involvement in the local church.
Open Door (Parlor):
Open to anyone who is looking for a new class to join. Class topics will cover major Christian themes.
Built to Last (upstairs):
For younger adults who enjoy lively discussion after viewing some of Christianity’s top preaching, like Tony Evans, Andy Stanley and Adam Hamilton. Michael Hewes leads this class.
Wesley (education hall):
For older adults using Cokesbury quarterly curriculum. Teachers rotate leading the lessons.Nancy Madden, Roy Wilson, and Patsy Stone are the contact people.
Roy Newman (education hall):
For men sharing thoughts and perceptions about each book of the Bible by chapter and verse. Bobby Ray Parker helps lead this class.
Serendipity (education hall):
For middle aged adults sharing the joy of reading favorite books and Bible studies by such authors as Eugene Peterson, Adam Hamilton, and NT Wright. Lynn Hoyt is the contact person.
For younger adults who travel together through life by examining how the Bible speaks to everyday situations. Walt Warren leads this class.
For all ages challenging today’s hot topics with dynamic debate and conversation. Brient Mayfield leads this class.
For older adults using Bristol House quarterly curriculum and shares the leadership and teaching responsibilities of the class. Huntley Biggs and Ed Blakeslee are contacts for the class.
